Pacer Badge Stencil Kits

With every purchase detailed instructions are provided to guide you through restoring your badges. Here are some pictures of the process and how the badges turn out, with short notes alongside.

Remove all traces of existing badge paint with thinners

Carefully apply supplied stencil to the clean badge

Carefully remove the paper backing off the stencil

Mask off one side of the badge in preparation for painting the 'Pacer' side

Mask off the edges of the side about to be painted

Once painted, remove the masking tape off the entire badge

Repeat the above steps for the 'Hemi' side of the badge

Mask off the edges of the 'Hemi' side which you are about to paint in Hemi Orange

Now remove all masking tape off the badge again

This is an optional extra - you can now mask up the edges of the badge and spray the badge with a clear paint to assist in protecting it long term

The finished result - painted black, hemi orange and the clear over the top.

Now repeat the above steps for the other side - soon you will have two fully restored badges.
