The car then changed hands a few times. One previous owner banged the car up in the front end and folded the bonnet back.The car was then sold with a 340 but never ran as engine was in pieces. I bought the car and stripped all the damaged panels and rebuilt it as I was looking for a car to build to go racing with.The car got a second chance of life with me as I could not see much of a future for it in the state it was in. The car has won best competiton vehicle and was recently in Street machine magazine.
