Pacer Register

Bought the car from the original owner in 1994 (little old lady!), with 82000 miles. Did a 5 year resto/rod on it. Won top 80 Elite at Summernats 12.

De-registered for 12 years, now back on road. Has had a bare metal respray, rebuilt motor with E38 cam & triples, custom valiant wheels 225/60/15 275/50/15. Got 200 at the wheels on the dyno.

Listed on Trademe.co.nz 10/07/09.

Original 1 owner car, original 74,000 miles on the clock. Stored since 1989. A little rough around the edges due to wear and tear but in reasonable nick.

Changed hands to George Hudghton in August 2017 (from the McKinnon's) and seen listed on Ebay in September 2017 starting at $25k.

Current owner is not concrete.

Vh pacer project, came with matching numbers motor needed sorted.
I had to get a gearbox and dash cluster, and seats. Plenty of parts for it.

~01/04/2017: Purchased from 2006 owner: "We purchased the car approx 8 months ago from a friend in Auckland who purchased in 2006 and only did about 300km in the time he owned it. The pacer was always garaged and still is. We have used it way more than he ever did."

Car was seen on TradeMe auction site with the following blurb: This car is a factory 4 speed VH Hemi Pacer, had a total rebuild in 1999 and was resprayed in original colour of lime light green. Car is in show room condition inside and out. The Hemi 265 has been rebuilt to E49 specs with triple 45 Dellortos and HPC pacemaker headers. No dreamers or test drivers please!!
