Car was picked up off a farm in the late 80's for the bargain basement price of $400. Someone had filled the tank with Diesel rather than Petrol and it had been towed back to the farm and left. Although no work has been done on the body, the drivetrain and interior were restored in the early 1990's. Currently runs a Pacer 245, though the original block is in the shed. Has the original Pacer 3spd and the interior is completly original, including the seats!
Was deregistered in the last 12 months, though still runs. Requires a full rebuild which is scheduled to begin in the next 12 months.

Partners ex. originally purchased the car for $50.00 for use as a smash up derby car,but thankfullychanged his mind when he discovered that it is a pillarless 2dr. The copper had given it a hidding and so the engine was replaced with another (Higgenbottom rebuilt) D233, then the gearbox kept jamming, so the 4 sp. went in, along with a sunroof as a birthday present. The 2nd engine had also been flogged, so I've had to tempararilly replace it with the 265. The car is in a before & after state at the moment, as a red P-Plated female driver drove through a giveway and T-boned me. It now has a rebuilt left side, but alass, (as I can no longer work), I cannot get the rest of the car finished.

Important information about ads: This site has been running for 22 years, providing information about Chrysler Valiant Pacers. The site has never made a penny (it was never intended to do so) and was built for the love of Pacers, however it has always cost money to run. In 2018 I put some ad's on the site to see if the website can somehow cover its costs and so far the ads look like they'll cover about 50% of the annual running costs. If you see an ad that interests you, please click on it, as it will help! Just seeing ads does not achieve anything, and so if you would rather not see any ad's, you can click here to not see any more. It looks like you've opted to not see any ads, which is fine, but if you want you can turn them back on here.
